• Order inspection is available upon delivery (inspection only)
• Free exchange if the issue is from our side (wrong item or defect)
• Returns accepted within 7 days from delivery

Conditions:

• Item must be unused
• In original condition
• Tags and packaging intact

Cases:

• Defective item: full refund + we cover return shipping
• Change of mind: return accepted, customer pays shipping

Refunds:

• Processed within 24 hours after approval
